Electrolytic Fluorine industry

The ten units fluorine electrolysis rectifier for the German customer are put into use. Follow is the field application photos shared by the customer.

Common electrolytic fluorine gas include electrolytic fluorine F2, sulfur hexafluoride SF6 and sulfur tetrafluoride SF4.

Tetrafluoron is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable, compressible inert gas. It is widely used in silicon, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, phospho-silicon glass and tungsten film materials candle carving. It is also widely used in electronic device surface cleaning, solar cell production, laser technology, gas phase insulation, cryogenic refrigeration, leak testing agent, space rocket attitude control, detergent in printed circuit production and so on.

Sulfur hexafluoride is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, insulating and refrigeration gas with extremely high dielectric strength and thermal stability. In the power industry, because of its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing characteristics, widely used in high voltage and medium high voltage circuit breakers and high voltage cables, transformers, transformers, sensors, particle and electron accelerators, X-ray equipment, uHF transmission system. In the semiconductor industry it is used as etching and cleaning gas.
