The Hydrogen Electrolysis Rectifier is a DC power supply device used to produce hydrogen by electrolyzing water. It converts AC power into DC power to provide the required electrical energy for the electrolyzer, thereby decomposing water molecules to produce hydrogen and oxygen. Sulfur hexafluoride is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, insulating and refrigeration gas with extremely high dielectric strength and thermal stability. In the power industry, because of its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing characteristics, widely used in high voltage and medium high voltage circuit breakers and high voltage cables, transformers, transformers, sensors, particle and electron accelerators, X-ray equipment, uHF transmission system. In the semiconductor industry it is used as etching and cleaning gas.
Tetrafluoron is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable, compressible inert gas. It is widely used in silicon, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, phospho-silicon glass and tungsten film materials candle carving. It is also widely used in electronic device surface cleaning, solar cell production, laser technology, gas phase insulation, cryogenic refrigeration, leak testing agent, space rocket attitude control, detergent in printed circuit production and so on.
Electrolytic synthesis method to produce sulfur hexafluoride technology, the sulfur is directly added to the fluorine electrolytic cell, and is prepared into khF2-HF-S mixture. When electrolytically melting this mixture, the fluorine produced immediately reacts with the sulfur in the electrolyte and generates SF6. After adding the sulfur, the electrolytic voltage of the electrolytic cell does not increase, nor does it cause current loss.
