The Hydrogen Electrolysis Rectifier is a DC power supply device used to produce hydrogen by electrolyzing water. It converts AC power into DC power to provide the required electrical energy for the electrolyzer, thereby decomposing water molecules to produce hydrogen and oxygen. This type of equipment is essential for achieving green energy transformation and hydrogen economy.
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) maintains gaseous state under normal pressure, exhibiting neither visible coloration nor discernible odor.Its physical stability allows effective electrical insulation in power transmission systems. Primary applications focus on high-voltage equipment: circuit breakers utilize SF6 for arc suppression, while cables and transformers employ it for dielectric reinforcement. Additional uses span accelerator components and radio frequency transmission hardware. In the semiconductor industry it is used as etching and cleaning gas.
Tetrafluoron is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable, compressible inert gas. It is widely used in silicon, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, phospho-silicon glass and tungsten film materials candle carving. It is also widely used in electronic device surface cleaning, solar cell production, laser technology, gas phase insulation, cryogenic refrigeration, leak testing agent, space rocket attitude control, detergent in printed circuit production and so on.
Electrolytic synthesis method to produce sulfur hexafluoride technology, the sulfur is directly added to the fluorine electrolytic cell, and is prepared into khF2-HF-S mixture. When electrolytically melting this mixture, the fluorine produced immediately reacts with the sulfur in the electrolyte and generates SF6. After adding the sulfur, the electrolytic voltage of the electrolytic cell does not increase, nor does it cause current loss.
