• The full bridge phase shift soft switch control mode is adopted to eliminate the switching stress to the maximum, and the latest American full bridge soft switch control IC is used to automatically adjust and set the trigger pulse timing parameters, so as to achieve the best IGBT switching time, so that the IGBT switching loss to the minimum.
• At the same time, the IC with synchronous rectification drive function is adopted to simplify the synchronous rectification drive line.
