The Xinjiang Dongfang Hope Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. is one of the larger projects of Xinjiang Dongfang Hope Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. The project can produce 2×500,000 tons of electrolytic zinc annually. There are 8 rectifier units in the first electrolysis series; 8 rectifier units in the second electrolysis series. For this project, our company provided 16 sets/32 sets of KES-2×41KA/1570V rectifier cabinets, 16 sets of KZX10-12 unit current stabilization control cabinets, 2 sets of ZX-110 series master control panels, and 2 sets of power grid stability control devices. 2 sets of ZL-200 host computer rectification automation monitoring system.
This project is the second electrolytic zinc project operated by isolated network in China, and it is the first in many domestic firsts. Since the power transmission in July 2015, the separation from the peripheral network has been realized, and the direct supply operation mode of the isolated network is completely meaningful.
